By way of introduction, Help-Portrait is an large international group of folks that gathers before each Holiday season for one specific purpose: provide personal portraits to the needy and underprivileged in the community. Our local team for SW Utah is called Dixie Memory Makers. This event will take place on December 10, 2011 in Saint George, Utah.
No embarrassment is involved, no money exchanges hands, and everyone gets an overwhelming feeling of warmth and belonging. The process is simple:
- Find someone in need
- Take their portrait
- Print their portrait
- Deliver their portrait
