We plan to have a well-organized event plan ready to share with the community by mid-November. In the meantime, ideas and suggestions are always welcome. Here is our current state:
Date: Saturday, December 10, 2011
Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (doors open for clients); 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for team
Location: Dixie State College, North Instructional Building (NIB), Room 126. (This is the former Institute building, social/gym room.) This building is located on the northwest corner of 100 South and 900 East.
Cost to clients: Absolutely nothing!
Open to: Those individuals or families in our community (selected by partnering charitable agencies) that could not otherwise ever possibly afford a professional portrait session. Tickets will be distributed prior to the event. This event is not open to the general public.
Delivered: Two 5×7 color prints will be prepared and delivered at the event after the photographer’s session.
Privacy: No portraits will be publicly displayed in any way. A release is required to protect the team and its sponsors.
