With proper planning, we will provide about 100 portrait sessions to the underprivileged in our community. Here is a list of volunteer individuals we need to support this team. As you will see, the reach goes much further than just photographers.
- Photographers – experience portrait shooters – about 6
- Photographers’ Assistants – learners – about 6
- Event and Team Coordinators – make contacts and arrange event venue – about 2
- Laborers / Setup / Takedown / Runners – about 4
- Santa – there is only one, right?
- Greeters – escorts at the event – about 10
- Front Desk Staff – about 2
- Hair Stylist – about 4
- Makeup Artist – about 4
- Lightroom/Printer/Packaging Staff – about 5
Does that sound ambitious? Yes, of course. That is why we need committed volunteer help and need to know that right now. Please consider joining us and making that commitment right now. Also, feel free to pass the idea along to others you feel would have a deep interest in this project and this team.
